Was going to buy a Detroit Tigers hat.sat it on the counter but the gentleman working there was too preoccupied after 5 minutes playing on his phone.I put the hat back and left.i can go somewhere else for such a specialized item

Didn't get his name, but Cashier 619230 put Maximum Effort into making my custom order. But, Lids should definitely consider improving the equipment their employees deal with; software and hardware both.

Not a bad store, limited selection... but decent. Good prices on most of their hats. Customer service here wasnt very good...never greeted as both employees were playing on their phones half the time...I still love LIDS though. I dont like that Fanatics joined them though, I'll still shop here when Im in town. (FANATICS HAS SCREWED UP MY DISCOUNT HERE) I've been a customer here for over 10 years, and now they act funny when it comes to discounting hats...odd.
