Capable of a good project but at the end of the project their was an issue as a result of the work. Not intentional. They were notified but would not even come back to look or even discuss the issue. So we have a brand new shower and can't even use it really. Was sent a bill and told to keep last payment to take care of issue. Now we have to find new individuals to not just do an installation but redo tile and other work. Very disappointed they would not even come back and discuss options or work together, especially after we spent thousands on a whole bathroom remodel. The work George did on the bathroom remodel overall was very good...up until the end. He had to come back out to redo the tile around the window in the shower on three different occasions because they did not make the sill slope out so that water wouldn't pool in the window-sill. On the final repair, they put in a sill plate, but pushed up and underneath the window sill to the point where it has caused so much pressure that there are around seven cracks in the window, with more developing as time goes on.
