Was expecting a "Too Cool" type of store with way overpriced merch you can get online cheaper. But it's significantly better! Really nice variety with its items, even had a small cosplay section! Staff was very very friendly, and had the store very nicely decorated.
Otaku at Spring Hill Mall in West Dundee is a refreshing Oasis of Anime, Gamer and Japanese Culture fandom in the Fox Valley North Suburban suburbs! It brightens my day when I stop in there for treats and my fave Pokemon items.
Huge selection for fans of anything Anime and much more. Every time we go back there is something new, which makes it even more enjoyable! Oh, watch out for the snacks… so yummy & addicting ;)
