Amazing work! Svetlana did a great job with everything. She was very timely- showed up exactly on time, and ready with her supplies. She quickly got to work, and did not take any breaks! She is a hard worker and very reliable. I could see right away that she exhibits professionalism by appropriately asking questions about where to clean, when to clean, and what my expectations are. For example, my son was napping- so she politely asked if she could switch and clean the bathrooms first and vacuum after he is done napping. She appropriately provides receipts of payment as well. My house was very very much in need of a cleaning - has not had a thorough cleaning in 6 months....read full review
