I needed my bloodwork sent to two of my doctors and they forgot to send it to one of them. I am now out of my medication and have to wait for them to fix their mistake. I also scheduled an appointment for my bloodwork and I waited for so long in the lobby for my appointment that by the time they gave me my paperwork for the lab, it had already closed and I had wasted my time sitting there and waiting. I had to go back another day and once again was waiting in the lobby. And then, when I finally was seen, they forgot to send my bloodwork to all of the doctors I requested.

They have Saturday hours for labs and open at 8 so it was easy to fast for blood work that required me not to eat and get labwork done on the weekend. Toni the phlebotomist was very friendly, got my vein on the first try, and was very efficient. They don't take appointments so expect to wait if you go right when it opens. Receptionist needs to work on her customer service (not friendly or helpful) otherwise would have given a 5.

Couldn’t help me due to coming in the receptionist lunch break. It does not state anywhere on line about these blocked out hours. Fasted for nothing. They just put a paper stating out till 1:30. The other receptionist could not help me.
