It’s always so nice to come here and shop, I love how it’s located inside of Macy’s, and I especially enjoy shopping with the sales person Joseph/Joey at the Blue Mercury counter. He’s always so very nice and helpful. He definitely makes my shopping trips more enjoyable. I do wish Blue Mercury had better sales/deals (not just only 15% off etc) and had them more often ! I feel that would push them over the edge a bit when comparing to other retail stores in my opinion. And if I may suggest 2 things, please add Peach & Lilly to your store it’s a very wonderful brand, and try to add more sets/value sets from some brands. I called this store a couple of times to see if they had a certain product in stock. No answer so I drove there. I was surprised to find 3 employees just standing around talking. Too busy talking to each other to answer the phone. They did not have the product I was looking for. This store is tiny and does not carry all of the brands that Bluemercury usually does. The girl trying to help me was nice, but the other employees seemed annoyed that I interrupted their convo asking for help. Total waste of time and lazy employees that could have saved me time by answering the phone.
