I have used the Polamerican Flooring team to sand & stain wooden floors and stairs in the home we just bought. While the floors in the rooms looked ok, the team simply destroyed the stairs. Despite my follow-ups and requests to fix the stairs, they looked even worst. They have stained the stairs very unevenly in much darker color as the natural wood color. They have splashed the stain all over the walls and floors. The job was so bad, that the stairs rails, in natural wood, have smashes of dark stain all over the place, which are very visible.
