I can’t give BathCrest enough kudos. After 14 years, a liner in one of our bathtubs failed, with water accumulating under the back of the liner (the company who installed it has subsequently gone out of business). I first called one of the big tub liner advertisers and scheduled an appointment with them. When I asked if the acrylic wall surround could be saved if the bathtub liner was replaced, they told me that that was not likely to happen and it might have to be replaced. They also told me that it would be 2 -3 weeks to have a new liner ordered. I went ahead and scheduled an appointment for a salesperson to come and evaluate the situation.
