From the start, I was very impressed with this business. The sales person, Andrew, who came to my house was informative and very kind. Then on the day for my concrete clean and seal, the owner Jacob was the one who did my job, he was super friendly and took the time to explain things about concrete that I never knew. But the most impressive thing for me was honesty. I just knew there were no illusions, no smooth talking, I just knew he was a down to earth, honest as the day is long business man. The Concrete Magic installed their Granitex flooring in my basement studio. I really appreciated their range of color choices and the unique appearance of their flake media -- much more attractive than other companies' that I saw. The customer service, communication, promptness, courtesy, skill of installation and ease of working with the project manager and crew were all excellent, and I am very happy with the results. Time will tell how the floor wears, and how waterproof it is. I'm hoping it smooths out/wears down a little, as it seems a bit rougher than the sample cards indicated. It looks great in the space, though, and seems extremely durable.

I had this company do two projects for me. The first was a concrete repair, then added the speckled coating in the “pit” by my sliding glass door for my downstairs.The second just got completed and looks amazing. I had water get under my linoleum in my weight room after our 11” of rain in a day.The colors (black, white and tan speckles) are gorgeous against the trim, paneling and carpet. The rubberized surface is perfect for a workout area.
