We own one of their Lakeshore homes in Columbia. Absolutely wonderful. We've owned our home for nearly 4 years and have had minimal issues with it. The design is beautiful and timeless. The use of space is incredible; I can't believe how much Laurie and Will are able to pack into this house. Even after the house was finished and we moved it, Will and his team were very helpful for any issues that popped up over the years.Service: Home building

Our family accepted a career opportunity in the area and we were in a pinch to find our new home. Laurie and William had a brand new ranch with a walk out basement that was nearing the end of construction and still didn't have a buyer. We knew when we first say the home that we wanted it. Laurie's eye for design and detail set this builder apart from others that we looked at. Her and William take time to build homes that have unique layouts, as opposed to many of the builders that repeat cookie cutter floor plans over and over. Their interior finish (trim, tile, appliances, light fixtures, etc) were noticeably nicer than your average builder's grade home. ...read full review
