Dr. Lund, it's funny how you supossedly serve underserved patients but leave out the part that you judge and discourage them, especially if it creates more work for you. I shouldn't have to explain that my child is adopted and receives medicaid and that I've worked in the Healthcare system for over 15 years and pay for my insurance and have served my community in prominent facilities and roles. I shouldn't have to throw my weight around for a little compassion and effort. It's too bad this is my first impression of you because I won't forget to mention it with my colleagues when your office comes up. Family health in Rupert Idaho does unnecessary referrals to specialist. They don't forward records. There is poor communication amongst staff. Lab technicians don't know what they are doing and you have to have them redone. You can't get your records forward to other Doctors and when you try to talk to talk to anyone by phone they either put on hold or keep transferring you. They are not polite on phone calls and frequently give incorrect information. You spend a lot of money and get no results.
