I really appreciate them jumping on my issue and dealing with the insurance company. They are never easy to deal with but David and his team stayed on it so we can get hot water again.

The only reason I took off a star was because of some of the contact issues and confusion, as well as the customer service on the phone being a little rude at times. However, if you can get Andrew to do your inspection and repairs, do it! He was professional, kind, helped me understand the issues, and then later fixed everything as fast as he could while still doing a very good job.Service: A/C system repair

Out of 5 companies I called, Plew's was the only one that had a working technician answer the phone "after-hours" on a July Saturday morning. The others had answering services who would contact an on-call tech, who was then supposed to call me. With the exception of 1, they didn't. We had a party for about 40 people starting at 1pm and I needed it fixed ASAP. He got my name and number and told me he was headed to another call, and would call me when he was finished there. When he got to us the repair was quick, a capacitor he had on hand.
