Simply wow. In addition to all the other great qualities others have noted - professional, punctual, clean, communicative, etc. - Grady and Jake are knowledgeable and trustworthy. They did an extremely complex (from my pov) pump and full yard sprinkler install from scratch. They also went above and beyond to help me figure out and then install a rock water feature to flood irrigate a section of my property. Not to mention they did a complete clean up a decade’s worth of brush, tree suckers, vines and debris. Grady and Jake revamped side yard and patio extension into a beautiful, functional and pretty private sanctuary between a sort of busy street and a pretty vibrant alley. We had a great experience working with SD Property Services LLC. Right from the start, they were very courteous and easy to communicate with, gave us a very detailed estimate, and had great recommendations on how to improve our landscaping. They completed a large project for us that completely transformed our sad constantly swampy backyard into a beautiful area that exceeds our previous expectations.
