I was referred by a friend to Jake, they said he’s the best and you have to go. Within a few minutes after getting started, I could tell Jake was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He worked out things I didn’t even know hurt on me and explained everything in the processes. Why this hurts, how it got like that, what your body does to compensate, etc. And the cool part, the next morning I worked out and all my weight went up from my last workout and moving much smoother! I will definitely return for future visits.
This massage is not for the faint of heart!!! Mind you I'm no athlete. I work in nursing and my back pain was overwhelming. After just one visit I literally fell YEARS younger. I cannot wait to go back. I have not felt this pain free in years.
Great sports massage. Jake really takes care of his patience and is very good at focusing on problem areas. Also does very well listening about areas of concern and explains best things to do to relieve and why. Definitely worth a visit.
