Apparently customer is NOT always right. Daughter and I went to the southern Hills store and found a section of towels with a BOGO sign so we picked up two sets of towels. At checkout the BOGO was not given. We told your associate that the towels were on sale and the sign said BOGO she did not know what to do and a gentleman associate came over to help. I walked him back to the towel section and showed him the sign. Went back to the check out and he told the girl that the towels were BOGO. I’m extremely upset with how our pictures turned out. We only had one decent family photo, none of my daughter — it was just a disaster. We were trying to be patient because we knew the employee was new, but the professionalism was greatly lacking. We had the “hurry up and get out” feeling. Even though we were told no refunds and that if we wanted retakes it needed to be at that moment, we just chose to pay for the service and leave. I had to find a new photographer because my husband I were upset with the outcome.We have used JCP for years for our family photos and our children’s photos.
