I have been in twice in the past two weeks and each time Mark has been extremely patient, kind, and helpful. Every time I've called with questions, all the staff have been efficient, knowledgeable, and supportive.These people make you feel like family!

Went here for skids for my walker. I googled first the maker,because I have a unique walker that folds smaller than the traditional. They directed me to this shop. It's a $10 item, let's not pay for shipping if I don't have to ? they did have my skids.Only down side was, there was nowhere I could see to lock up my electric trike. I was on the phone outside and explained the situation.they happily came outside to help me.No bike racks isn't their fault, strip malls like that, they rent the space and not own. But if by chance y'all could suggest bike racks to the owners, please do.

This was the 3rd place we went to rent a wheel chair. They were the only place that was actually helpful and friendly, and their price was 25-75% less than the other places we checked. We ended up paying out of pocket here rather than the other places that would have been accepted by our insurance. Thank you, CarePro!
