It would be nice if they would spray the front and back of the car as well as the wheel wells like the rest of the places in town. My car never really gets clean. They blamed it on the old manager but other than the week the new manager started, it never got any better.You are the most expensive place in town, please start earning that…It would also be nice if you had a lane with just a scanner and no payment kiosk or had people signing up for new memberships go to the office. I have sat for over 20 minutes (when I didn’t just back up and leave) a few times with you sign up new members in both lanes.

Not sure why there are negative posts on here. But since the new ownership took over everything improved. I have been going to The Shine Shop since it opened. I pay $21 a month for my Ford F150. The quality of car wash never changed and is comparable to other car washes, ie., Mister Car Wash. It’s way better quality than touchless car wash. What I like about new ownership, is the convenience carts, where you can shine tires, windex windows, and use all purpose cleaners. This is all part of membership. I had two employees in the past month personally ask me how was the wash. Also, very convenient location in North Ankeny.

Car was is amazing. Very quick and easy to get in and out. Additional supplies is very nice to have available.My only question and concern is “ why wet towels to dry a car”?Services: Vacuuming
