I haven't yet met Chris, but I thank him greatly. I'm about to have the first hot shower in a few days. The fires have cut off the electricity, and my water pumps didn't work. Chris, who is off island, has patiently talked me through the process to get my system running. A few days ago, when the power was still on, I had an issue due to my unfamiliarity with my new system. A technician called Das was at my house promptly, fixed the issue, and clearly described to me how to avoid the issue in the future. Water is a necessity, and Eco Products Maui is my water company. Mahalo!

Excellent Service and very devoted to helping the Customers. He saves us so much money on products and on the Tank itself. We have saved lots of money by going to him. He helps keep our water pure and clean. We have the best tasting water ever. Chris is really good at helping us pick our a good system and then supplying the products we need to maintain excellent Quality.I don't know why somebody would ever give him a one star review other than being a bad person who is doing the 1 star reviews with Malicious intent.Chris deserves 5 Stars all the way. If we didn't have this business, we would have to rely on Big Box Stores. This is a very valuable asset having this business...read full review
