great place to work out. Always felt a deep level of integrity with how the space was kept during Covid. I go because I need a space outside my home to focus on a workout and I love that they have the power plates. I had some personal massage, PT from Mckensie (who was fantastic) very knowledgeable and then gave me a program I could use in gym
Absolutely the best gym I have ever had the pleasure of training and working out in. The staff is extremely competent and friendly, the equipment is first rate and well maintained, the gym is always clean and the vibe is really welcoming and positive, even for older guys like me.
I recently had a full knee replacement and part of the recovery is physical therapy. A friend who had her knee done 5 mos. before me recommended Mackenzie Brown at Deep Relief Peak Performance.....and I couldn't be happier. Mackenzie is very well trained and experienced. She carefully assessed my condition and created a plan of exercises and stretches to regain lost movement from my surgery. Our first session was very productive (and not as difficult as I thought it would be); I know my knee will be in great shape when I am through with my therapy. Additionally, Makenzie is a lovely, caring person.
