Good place to have just about any type of gathering (not just for military affiliates). Large indoor and outdoor gathering areas for cooking and such. Friendly staff and clean, safe environment. The property is still owned by the Navy and thus Navy security would respond if needed (which has never happened).

I was just saying to myself I needed to wash my car. On the way out of Kapilina I saw a car wash and said, oh yes, thank you Jesus. The lady was pleasant and explained it was donations only. They did a great job and even made my tires shine!!! Thank you.

AMVETS (American Veterans) is a non-partisan, volunteer-led organization formed by World War II veterans of the United States military. The group holds a Federal charter under Title 36 of the United States Code. It is a 501(c)19 organization. AMVETS is the nation’s most inclusive Congressionally-chartered veterans service organization, representing the interests of 20 million veterans. AMVETS is open to and fighting for all who honorably served in the United States military, including the Reserve and Guard. Mission AMVETS Hawaii mission is to provide advocacy, support and assistance for military veterans and their families; To inform, influence and inspire; and To honor and never forget those who died in defense of our great Nation.
