I was given a list of names of home inspectors by my agent when buying a home, and Kelly Home Inspections was the name I chose from the list. I am very happy to have chosen them. Otis was wonderful to work with. He was very professional, prompt, and thorough in his inspection. He made an extra trip to the property to more closely inspect an item that was worrisome. He explained his inspection process and timeline. He discussed notes from his inspection, and addressed any questions I had. He provided a full report that was not only thorough, detailed, and organized, but also customized beautifully to add a personal touch. I would recommend Kelly Home Inspections to anyone.
