Todd Strader was absolutely fantastic, couldn't be happier with the whole process. I had to step out of town, so Todd did his best to move things around to accommodate my schedule to fit my available day and even pushed it up an hour due to my time constraints. Communication was excellent, and the thorough and detailed report he sent for the property in question was even better. Very professional and pleasant experience.

My mom and I were each purchasing a new construction townhouse side by side and I needed somebody to inspect the pre-drywall inspection mid-way through the construction as well as the pre-closing final inspection. He provided all the necessary documents to the builders. Todd has been very professional and informative with everything. The entire process was very smooth and it just made our home purchasing that much easier. Any questions you have, he will answer to the best of his ability.
