I have a 35+ year old automatic pool cover from this AquaSafe and have worked with three "generations" of company owners since its installation. Tom is the most recent and each has been responsive to my occasional need for tinkering and repair over the years. Early this season the motor had to be replaced and he did it while I was away. At the end of this season, a shear bolt severed and I could not figure out how to replace it. He showed up unexpectedly quickly while he was in the area, accomplished the task and schooled me on how to do it next time. Great service after the sale! We couldn't be happier, and highly recommend AquaSafe. After five years of heavy daily use, we had a malfunction. Aquasafe made room in their schedule to come over and repair it ASAP because we have a couple of small grandkids running around. Did a great job and their employees were VERY professional and courteous. We really enjoy our cover. It keeps trash and children out of the pool, reduces our chemical use and maintenance, and it helps keep heat in and extend our season for use.

I had an automatic pool cover installed by AquaSafe and I'm so glad that I did! The cover was well installed and gives us a lot of peace of mind with young kids, keeps the pool so much cleaner, and saves a lot of water that would otherwise be lost to evaporation. The owner of the company was very helpful both with the color selection and with any follow up questions. If you are considering a cover, AquaSafe is a great choice!
