Devin provides the “gold standard” of customer service both during the sale process and post sale service. As an example our 1 year cart had begun to squeak. We took it in and Devin’s team located the source and solved the noise issue. We had a tire punctured and again Devin on the spot plugged the tire. First class operation.

We purchased a cart from XL Carts a couple of years ago and the process was very pleasant. We have gone back to them several times for upgrades and service. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of service, recommendation of accessories and their overall integrity. Devin is amazing and knowledgeable. What is even better is they take great care of their customers…..even two years after the sale.
