CrossFit has changed my outlook on working out. I was missing so much of my core working out alone. The coaches, Scott and Lee are great and push you to your fullest potential. There’s no way I could ever go back to conventional lifting and gyms. Great family and all the members are super great!!
Excellent workout every single time! The coaches make sure you’re challenged appropriately and that you maintain correct form. They are very conscious about avoiding injury, but they also motivate you to push yourself beyond what you believe about your own capabilities!
Ok rockmart - this CrossFit Box is an amazing community of people all working towards their personal goals. I love the coaches and the people I workout with. Come in -especially if you want meaningful change physically, mentally, and socially!
