First time doing pole dance (and it’s been on my list to do for YEARSSS, okay?) and it was the best hour ever! Ms. Coco T was a bomb, energetic, and incredibly friendly and patient instructor.Let me say I have no rhythm and no prior pole experience and was able to catch on quickly. I’ll be back next week for sure!
I wanted a great workout just before the end of the year, and Miss Cocoa did not disappoint very informative and took her time. I feel extremely safe and sexy don’t have class definitely will return.
Found a fantastic studio for a variety of pole, stretch, twerk & inversion classes. The instructors are fun, personable and masters at body movement & sensuality. These are great classes to take for enjoyment, physical fitness and to feel great about your own body image overall. Love it here and looking forward to learning more!
