Had some flowers delivered on Valentine's day and they were delivered on time and they still look great 2 weeks later. Only complaint was I had to go by there because they were so busy and were taking the phone off of the hook, not good!!!! The lady in the store was helpful and apologized but it was irritating.
I had these delivered to me so this review is based if receiving. They delivered them to my home in a refrigerated truck. Lady that delivered was very nice and waited at the door to hand me. Arrangement was beautiful: blush roses, white lillies , and the greens were perfect!
People don't post enough good reviews. We always see the negatives. I have to put in my time to say that as of November 2019, Dot's Florist is still top notch on product and services. A+++
