First Rate Collision was wonderful. I was so nervous about going through the process to get my jeep fixed. Everyone there made me feel like I was in good hands and answered all my questions.I got my jeep back and it looked good as new!

Above & beyond customer service! Had an emergency on a Saturday & tow truck arrived in less than 30 minutes. They repaired the issue in record time and kept me informed of the process & time frame throughout the entire time. They even worked with insurance for payment. Cary and Riley made this a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Best experience I've ever had with a company like this. My car got totaled in an accident that wasn't my fault and we were struggling to get Statefarm to admit liability. They offered great advice and really went above and beyond with their service.
