This is a great place! My daughter & I have been with Fatima for years. She and her staff our extremely nice and good at what they do. I don't let no one else braid my hair!
I came to Chicago to visit family and needed to get my hair braided. I contacted the shop the night before. the lady was prompt in responding to my inquiries. I arrived at her shop at 8 o'clock that morning per her request she was prompt. I think she did a good job however I didn't buy quality hair in which she forewarned me as she braided my hair so overall I am satisfied with the service wish I was more knowledgeable about the different types of crochet hair. Btw stay awaY from the "LULU tress" ocean wave hair "KIMA" is better .
I like my braids and will probably be back. My braider was very quick for the box braids that I got. The only issue I had was that I set my appointment on style seat a few hours prior and on my way to my appointment I got a text asking could I come the next day. I refused. When I got there, I was told my appointment was for 12:30 in which I new was wrong but whatever. I waited an hour until the braided was done with the person ahead of me.
