If I could give him 0 stars, I would. Mark did not take the time to listen to me. I had severe knee pain due to running and gave him more information on what led to that. I was using a running app and told him it goes in intervals of running and walking (since he has the misconception that I ran 3 miles with no breaks) and he replied “you can believe an app over me, not here to convince you”After a total of maybe 15 minutes talking to me, he did not physically look at me knees once.
