Sandee Khoury and Susan were great! The team was extremely professional and they went the extra mile. We listed our house and the process was very smooth. This was a plus considering we were purchasing another home in Arizona and moving cross country. Whether you are buying or selling Sandee and Susan are the people to help you. You will not be disappointed! I will miss them :)

My mother got real estate south & assoc,LLC to sell her house with the understanding that she would need a new place to buy or rent. The selling part went smoothly, but since the sale we have gotten 1 phone call, and it was useless. All I know is that we have less than 2 months to rent, or buy and we have heard very little from them. Would not recommend Devon or real estate south to handle my business. After top dollar commission they received,we don't hear anything from them ????. I'm sorry for the low review I'm just frustrated. Sandy Khouri is the BEST!!! She went above and beyond to help my husband and myself find and purchase a home. She made the process smooth and easy, and if any issues arose she went out of her way to resolve as quickly as possible. I would recommend her to anyone who is either seeking to buy or sell a home.
