I have been going to The Arches for a while now. I go to Salima at Mall of Georgia every time. She is GREAT! My eyebrows always look amazing. I am starting to gray and she suggested tinting! Love it!!! It takes just a few minutes to do and BAM! I am walking out with perfectly threaded eyebrows and NO grays!!! Thank you, Salima!
Talk about undervaluing customers and a business that sees bodies as mere dollar signs. To think I dismissed it and condoned their lack of appreciation and enthusiasm throughout two years. I've been a customer here since they were in the front of the mall near where Bantam Biddy (was) located (now Taco joint). My patronage dates back to 2011. Back then they were run by a staff of young women who were usually eager and helpful despite language barriers. Now they're driven by an older woman who I've been seeing on and off for about two years -- she's quite talented but doesn't have business etiquette. I love Saleema. She's very professional and does a great job with the laser hair removal! She goes the extra mile to assure the quality of her work and makes sure you leave happy. She's also very kind and makes you feel 100% comfortable. I will be returning to her for more laser treatment in the future.
