One of the front desk receptionists was rudely rushing me to check-in. I understand the stress of being short staffed after lunch, but still she did not display good customer service skills.

I checked in at 10am and at 3pm I was still waiting in the lobby. The receptionist as well as the lady administering the test were extremely unprofessional. I expressed my displeasure for being there for 3 hrs and said if I can't get seen now. I would have to leave she told me to leave. I see all these bad reviews and they haven't changed anything about their atmosphere. Sad...Sad...Sad

This business location should hire more ppl with better customer service skills. When I walked in the front desk receptionist on the Occupational Medicine side was rude AF she acted as if she didn’t want to be at her job. The wait was long for a 5min urine test. I checked in at 8:10am and didn’t get seen till after 9am.This place is horrible. Please hire more professional staff.***The location that I am referring to is 1400 Northside Drive NW Ste 1400, Atlanta, GA 30318***
