We have been renting from FHP for the past 7 years. Brooke and the entire FHP staff have been AWESOME every step of the way. The maintenance team has always been quick and efficient with any issues we've encountered. The online portal is super convenient for payments and requests.
Hey Fred. Hope you dont charge folks rent during this time period. I know you own a lot of the buildings downtown. Please help us all out. If you assist the community 5 star reviews should come pouring in.
Have loved renting from Fred’s. Maintenance staff is quick and efficient whenever needed. Brooke and Diana at the office are so helpful whenever I call with a question. Much better experience than other rental companies I have leased through in Athens and would recommend them to anyone!
