Portman’s music has been my number 1 preferred music store for over ten years. Anytime I need a repair, Mr. Barry is always readily available to help and does it in a timely fashion! I recently purchased a horn online that needed an adjustment to the keys. I called AFTER BUSINESS HOURS and was able to reach him. He walked me through step-by-step on what I needed to do to solve my problem and told me that if I couldn’t fix it while we were on the phone, that he would stay and help me. I had to have a repair done to my granddaughter's instrument She had to be in the parade the next day The man who does the repairs was leaving clocking out for the day and he heard what I asked He stopped and he stayed the next 20 minutes repairing her instrument. I am so grateful Thank you so much That's why I buy all my instrument and musical needs from Portmans

They couldnt be any nicer. Their customer service is impeccable. They have a decent selection of all types of musical instruments and accessories. I highly recommend portmans music.
