They bought the apartment complex where I live. I have tried to contact them via email for a week. No response. Tried to contact the office at my apartment complex no answer. Cant log onto the rentcafe site they insist you pay your rent on. I really want to move elsewhere if this is the type of "customer service they have. Ridiculous.

Poor customer service, especially at the main office. Make sure you take pictures and video if you decide to rent from them, their objective is not to give your deposit back and fix issues that were there before you rented. Never again.

Am looking for rental properties between the $750-$1000/mo range and they had a couple decent looking ones. The unit itself I looked at seemed well maintained, in a nice area, and fairly priced, but the staff are so rude I decided to look elsewhere. I was talked to condescendingly and felt like I completely ruined their day by trying to do business with them. I tried to bring an issue I had with a front door using the key they gave me, just as a courtesy to let them know. I was told "Well I guess you don't know how to open doors because it worked fine for me". Absolutely unacceptable.
