Robert Bay Hair Designs (Maitland, FL) --Robert is FABULOUS. I have lived in Orlando for almost two decades and was always looking for someone who could give me a stylish, short haircut. I went to very expensive salons and to chain salons with no luck. Robert is an artist and he is great--highly recommend him if you are in Orlando and looking for a stylist.
