I had an incredible experience working with Carolina. I am someone who has always been hesitant to do therapy, but talking to Carolina really helped me open up in ways I never thought were possible. Carolina is truly awesome and is an amazing communicator. She was extremely empathetic with me in our sessions which gave me confidence to open up more and more. She gave me great tools to practice on my own which have allowed me to open up emotionally and feel much happier. I highly recommend her services to anyone that wants or needs therapy!

Carolina Baldner is the best therapist I've ever had. I've been seeing her for a couple of months now and she has helped me a lot with everything that I've told her I struggle with since day one. Her journalism degree adds amazing skills on how she formulates questions and helps me get to the root of the problem. I feel seen, heard and supported by her. The dynamic during our sessions is what I've always wanted, I look forward to going to my safe place and seeing her every week.
