I can't say enough good things about Alexia! She is so knowledgeable, kind, encouraging, passionate, and caring. From our first meeting I knew right away that my health/recovery was in good hands. After having 5 babies (last pregnancy being twins) I knew my body needed help getting back where it should be. I have seen several Physical Therapists in the past, and they don't hold a candle to her. Dr. Alexia is absolutely amazing! From our first session, she was able to help diagnose the root of my problem and begin a treatment plan. She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to treat multiple areas at the same time, which is incredible compared to traditional physical therapists where you have to do one area at a time. As someone who works out a lot, it’s so important for me to recover with someone who is knowledgeable and can help me! She taught me so much in such a short period of time and has a wonderful attitude. I would 100% recommend her to anyone.

Alexia’s calming hands and healing guidance helped to restore my back to health during my first pregnancy. By the end of my pregnancy, I literally had no pain! The exercises that she recommended were so very restorative & healing! After I had my daughter, I continued to see her during my second pregnancy to keep my back & hips healthy, aligned & strong to support another pregnancy. In between and after both pregnancies, I continued my work with Alexia & learned about how to keep my pelvic floor healthy and strong.
