This message is for HR your nurse Amanda in the lab is such an amazing young lady she deserves a raise in my 38 years I have never had anyone like her to draw my blood she is so good you don't even know she stuck you in my past I have gotten blood drawn where they would always have to dig to find my veins an hurt me and she had no problem and was so fast I didn't even feel nothing that to me was amazing she deserves praise I hope that she gets a raise Thank You soo Much Amanda you are awesome!

I have been going to this Sebring location for many years and I must say that Amanda is so Awesome, pleasant, friendly, always nice, professional, and the list goes on. If she is not there when I go for my labs then I will reschedule for when she will be working. When she does my labs she is so gentle that I don’t even feel a pinch. She is above and beyond. She should be the one in charge of training new employees so that they can learn from the best. From your patient Jeanette Callicoat.

I don't like to go anywhere for blood work but here. The Phlebotomist is the best I have ever had! She is phenomenal! Everyone is excellent!And as an answer to the faxed orders, or even sent in by doctors, the reason they don't ever get them is the fault of Advent Health main office (hospital) as that is where all those orders are sent and they never send them out to this facility. I used to have the same problem, but I now have the fax number of that facility and I give that number to my provider and they send them directly to this facility! Problem solved!
