Excellent martial arts, my son's confidence has gone through the roof since he started here less than a year ago. We are always greeted with a warm welcome. I must also say there is an abundance of positive role models at this martial arts club, not just Si Gung, but all of the students too. Coming here was the best decision we could have made for our child!

Sifu Gary Jones is one of the best instructor's you will ever have the honor of training with. He is very knowledgeable in the area of Martial Arts . If you would like to learn the true way of Wisdom before combat this is where you need to be. SIfu Jones will really take your skill to the next level . A style that if mastered will be uncontested in the area's of everyday life, self defense, or competition.
