Rolfing© is an integrative manual therapy process of releasing and organizing the body's connective tissue ~ fascia ~ resulting in diminished chronic pain, greater flexibility, and increased physical performance. A 10 layer protocol inviting the body toward a more natural state of posture - alignment - ease. Where we have chronic pain is usually not the cause but one piece of a larger puzzle of compensations that persists for many reasons - primarily not having the space and time in our busy lives to allow for intelligent intuitive healing.
