Our group of 12 was rerouted from Walmart where we had appointments for rapid tests to alliance health where Jason went above and beyond taking the stress out the process for us. He not only helped us with the app but when he was interrupted by his coworkers, he helped them and returned back to us. Jason deserves to be recognized for his professionalism and kindness on March 18, 2022.

We needed a PCR test for 10 people. We had a day to get it done. We made appointments via their website. We were a little nervous with not talking to someone.Well, we went on March 25th.,2022 all 10 of us.We maybe had to wait 5 minutes and then we were taken back as a group. Angela was our Lab Tec and she took care of us all within maybe 10-15 minutes. She was efficient and friendly. She told us we would get our results the next morning. We did just as stated.We highly recommend this Company. We were cruising it was fantastic

The test results came up late so I lost my flight. the client support answer immediately and was really responsive and understanding of the situation. Luckily I was able to catch the next flight and not miss my connection.Don’t rely 100% on their time schedule.
