I have used their services multiple times and a couple times after hours. Paradise has been nothing but great. The response time is excellent. Very professional and everyone that I've dealt with knows their job. I can't express how happy I am with the quality, professionalism & service. Can't say enough good things about Lance, the technician that fixed our AC. He was extremely kind, professional, and got our unit working within 30 minutes. We had a toilet fixed with them as well and had great service. Good prices, great work and awesome people. 10/10 recommend.

Reliable which in this area is an absolute Godsend! They show up when they say they will or if running late due to another project taking longer you'll be informed. That's more than 1/2 the battle w/ any contractor work. Diagnose correct every time. Why not 5 stars? They're expensive, very expensive. But in a town full of unreliable and incompetent contractors they can afford to be. They have been and always will be my 1st call for any plumbing issue. Competent and knowledgeable is how I'd describe my two experiences with them so far (and of course the almighty reliable).
