In 2017, when I first moved here, I was always getting nasty notes from my neighbors about not keeping my property up to HOA standards. The issue was, the property is actually not mine, it's owned by the HOA. When I'd call or e-mail nothing got done. I also always had issues with my payment. I'd send a check and they claimed they wouldn't get it or they had to send it back to me for various reason (I'd never get it back and they'd send me late fees) Now it is almost 2022 and they are under new management and you can tell! Wouldn't recommend. Very unprofessional. Doesn't maintain properties. Hasn't lived up to expectations. Higher fees. Less service. For whatever reason this company thinks it makes the HOA rules not the community it supposed to be serving. They will falsely accuse residents of infractions with no proof or any evidence and threaten people fines (which they cannot enforce). It's definitely amateur hour at this place. If you're thinking of a decent property management company I would definitely look elsewhere. They talked a big game to get our business and the entire community wishes we hadn't gone with them. Main takeaway here is broken promises that take weeks to be addressed.

Absolute worst management company and staff. They do not follow laws and protocols properly and are an absolute horror to deal with. As a former HOA board member and leader, I would never recommend this company. Save yourself time, money, and a headache.
