I have never done yoga before and really had the wrong idea of what a yoga class would be like. I have now had four classes and cannot believe how great I feel from taking these classes. Kristen is fantastic! I also have done the Vaspar machine which is an incredible two hour workout in 20 minutes. I highly recommend anyone that wants to get into yoga or wants to try the Vaspar machine to go to Rebirth Fitness! You will not be disappointed.

Kristen and the whole Rebirth Fitness team are all so knowledgeable and friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming and positive as well. They make you feel like you're part of a family!
