Very clean gym with an engaging staff. Quick and concise workout with no set class times that I can fit into my schedule which keeps me coming back for more. The workout has kept me mentally fit not to mention physically fit as the scale keeps dropping. Love it.
This studio is unlike any other gym experience! No classes for an amazing trainer workout! I’ve hit big box gyms and spent most of my time staring at my phone wondering what to do next. Not here! Tons of personal attention! A workout where you will use muscles you didn’t even know you had! Place is clean, trainers are supportive, engaging and the music brings it all together for a spectacular experience!!! Just do it!!
9Round is the best workout in town.They are not a regular gym but a fun place to workout. Time flies quickly. This is the place to start if you have been thinking to start your fitness journey. Excellent trainers and owners!
