Quite bad.
I asked for a specific haircut with pictures for reference and the person who attended me seemed unsure of themself. In the end the haircut was completely different… style, length, and more. They didn’t even shape the sideburns, or hairline whatsoever. Will not go back and advise against newcomers.
Only plus was the friendliness of the people, but the most important is the service so 1 star.

I had a zero-wait time for my hair cut. The staff was friendly and professional. My stylist listened when I told her I was tender headed. She did not pull my hair when she brushed my hair. She checked to ensure she was not pulling too hard. She made sure the cut was even and made sure I was satisfied before I left.
Michelle was AWESOME with my Mom's cut. My Mom's hair is baby-fine & suffered from a bad perm back in the 80s that made her hair look even finer. 😠 Michelle TOTALLY fixed the previous bad cuts 🙄 & helped her hair look thicker!! 😳 THANK YOU MICHELLE!!! You're freaking AWESOME! 🥰 We're coming back only to YOU!! 🫶🏻
