Excellent knowledge and repaired our refrigerator quickly! Very personable and a genuine nice guy. Followed up and did everything he said he would do. I can fix many things myself but I would highly recommend this service!
Their service department is top notch! The technicians have been professional, knowledgeable and polite.It's our experience they call ahead and let you know their arrival time. To us that's a big plus.
I was having trouble with dryer shutting off and clothes weren’t dry The Technician came did several tests and determined immediately that the prior person that had supposedly cleaned dryer vent. Turned out he did a half a— job and the dryer was overheating and shutting off. Jensen Appliance went and got me a new hose at 630pm and got it working like new. He also chested washer to make sure water draining correctly. A fantastic experience and everything thing he did told me cost before. Best serve I’ve had in Florida in quite some time!!Service: Washer/dryer repair
