Just wanted to add my experience considering the previous review.I will admit the scheduling, customer service process could use some refining but in comparison to some others in the construction and remodeling trade they are still superior.But the template appointment was on time, professional and more importantly , accurate. I had a question about the slide in range piece and they came back out to explain.Where they really impressed me was the installation crew. They were right on time, extremely professional and quick.
